Hunter Perry leads MassBuildings, the investment sales practice of Choose Boston. He represents owners and buyers of apartment buildings, mixed use properties and development sites across Boston and its suburbs.
Before brokerage, Hunter helped build Greater Boston’s largest developer and operator of coliving buildings. That work covered acquiring, permitting, financing and running properties in Boston, Cambridge and Somerville. He brings the same view to every client: what a building or site is worth to the person who has to make it work after closing. That perspective has helped him sell properties that sat unsold elsewhere. One example is Walker Center, a 16-unit permitted site in Newton.
Hunter was also the first hire at Compass in New England, where he led the growth team and helped scale the local operation from its early days into the region’s largest residential brokerage. He has 15+ years of experience in Boston-area real estate across development, brokerage and investment.
Hunter serves on the Wayland Zoning Board of Appeals and lives in Wayland with his wife, Christa, and their daughter and son.
