I help people buy, sell, and invest in Greater Boston, sharing what I’ve learned through my own experience in real estate and construction.
I'm a Boston-based real estate advisor, investor, and licensed construction supervisor, and a partner at Choose Boston Brokerage. I live in Dorchester and work throughout Greater Boston, helping buyers, sellers, and investors make informed real estate decisions. My experience owning, renovating, and developing properties gives me a practical perspective that goes beyond the typical real estate transaction. I've also been recognized by Boston Magazine as a Top Real Estate Producer.
My background is in finance and statistics, having double majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and Statistics. Before real estate, I worked at SS&C Technologies, a publicly traded global financial technology company. I was selected to relocate to India for a year to launch a new office, which eventually grew to more than 500 employees. That experience shaped how I approach business, from analyzing numbers and managing complex projects to solving problems and working with people.
I started investing in real estate in 2018 and have since built my own portfolio of rental properties while expanding into construction and development. I also served four years on the Chelsea Planning Board, gaining firsthand experience with local zoning and development. All of these experiences have shaped how I advise my clients today.
My approach is pretty straightforward. I believe in honest advice, understanding what matters to each client, and helping people make decisions they'll feel good about long after closing. Sometimes that means recommending a property, and other times it means advising someone to walk away. Either way, I want to be someone my clients can count on well beyond the transaction.
Outside of real estate, I'm proud of my Vietnamese heritage and enjoy staying active. I played tennis competitively in college and have since traded the tennis court for padel. I also enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my wife Kristen and our dogs.
